We encounter many clients who visit the salon with a dry, itchy, sometimes flaky scalp. Other times we find clients experiencing hair that’s lost its vibrancy, has become dull and lifeless. Lastly and because Covid has impacted so much of our daily lives, perhaps you’re relying a little too often on that dry shampoo these days.
Consecutive use of the same hairstyling products without ever performing a thorough removal of any residual buildup left behind could result in scalp congestion and a waxy buildup on the hair follicle resulting in hair that looks dull, lifeless and limp. Left unchecked, this may even contribute to hair that’s become thinner and sparser.

Introducing Our Purifying Dynamic Duo….
Purifying Shampoo and Purifying Scrub are superlative at removing hair product buildup, any flakiness, and relieving a dry scalp and any scalp irritation. This Purifying Duo uses a combination of active ingredients like Peridoxine which helps to detoxify the scalp and hair and Piroctone Olamina which combats flakes, dryness, scalp irritation and dandruff.
One of the biggest factors contributing to a buildup of residue are parabens and other “filler” ingredients. If you’re using less than professional (or what we like to call “supermarket” brands), please check the ingredients label. Some will contain parabens (listed specifically as methylparaben, propylparaben, and butylparaben). Additionally, they will contain artificial colors, and other harmful ingredients that leave a residue that is sometimes tough to get out. The Resorge Purifying Duo, when used in combination and used successively, not only remove traces of this residue but their certified organic ingredients like sage, rosemary and nettle leaf act as a bolster to the health of your hair and scalp. The entire Resorge haircare line is free of parabens, is sulfate-free and colorant-free. It does not contain propylene glycol (a petroleum derived product), DEA-MEA (short for monoethanolamine, and diethanolamine) which are hormone-disrupting chemicals and may be cancer causing. Lastly, Resorge is dermatologically tested for safety and efficacy on humans in a controlled clinical study and not on animals.

Purifying Shampoo and Scrub At-Home How to Use Instructions
Step 1: Wet hair and apply Resorge Purifying Scrub with a shampoo-like action all over the scalp.
Step 2: Layer Resorge Purifying Shampoo, add water and continue to water and emulsify this mixture throughout the hair.
Step 3: Rinse thoroughly with water.
Step 4: Repeat with another Purifying Shampoo.
Step 5: Apply Resorge Moisturizing Mask (or conditioner) and let sit for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Rinse
Step 7: Perform weekly.
*The Purifying Duo should be alternated with your “for-everyday-use” shampoo and conditioner and not used on a daily basis. Remember this is a once-per-week hair purifying treatment. For best results, we recommend as a great alternating shampoo and conditioner; Resorge Moisturizing Shampoo and Resorge Moisturizing Mask for dry, damaged, color treated hair that has medium to thick hair density.
We recommend Resorge Daily Shampoo and Resorge Daily Conditioner for finer hair and thin to medium hair density.

A feeling of a deep invigorating clean. A tingling sensation. When blow drying, your hair will look shinier and more vibrant. Your hair will be easier to style and manage. Best results are achieved with cumulative use and when alternating with a Resorge brand shampoo, conditioner and / or mask.

Step 1: Wet hair and apply Resorge Purifying Scrub with a shampoo-like action all over the scalp.
Step 2: Layer Resorge Purifying Shampoo, add water and continue to water and emulsify this mixture throughout the hair.
Step 3: Rinse with water.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1 -3
Step 5: Apply Resorge Mosturizing Mask and perform a relaxing and stimulating scalp massage.
Step 6: Cover with plastic bag and place a steamed warm towel for 8 minutes for a deep moisturizing penetration and to intensify. Let sit for 8 minutes.
