Appointments requests (New Clients)
Please complete the appointment request form below if you are a new client or you want to book a corrective color session, balayage, highlight, dimensional color or hair extensions. A Fabrizio Front Desk Team Member will either contact you with more questions regarding your request or you will receive an email confirmation regarding your appointment.

New Client Reservation Policy
All new clients requesting a single service must secure their appointment request with a $30 deposit (credited to the visit total). All new clients requesting more than one service must secure their appointment with a $70 deposit (credited toward visit total). Call 302 656-8660 with all deposit information.
Should a cancellation be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any reschedules or appointment cancellations.
Last Minute Reschedules / Cancellations (reschedules and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the day of the appointment) incur a fee equal to the amount to 50% of the appointment(s) reserved.
“No Shows” (not providing any notice and not attending the appointment reserved) incurs a fee equal to a 100% of the amount of the appointment(s) reserved.
All unpaid cancellation fees must be paid in advance of making any future appointment(s).
All appointments are scheduled according to their estimated duration. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late deprives you of your reserved service time and could result in the rescheduling of your appointment.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your spa service. New clients wishing to reserve multiple spa services and spa parties will be asked to reserve their visit with a credit card or gift certificate.
