Etiquette
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary, we require a
minimum of 24 hours notice for any reschedules or
appointment cancellations. Same day cancellations
and same day reschedules will be subject to a $35
fee. Missed appointments without any notice will be
subject to full charge.
Punctuality
All appointments are scheduled according to their
estimated durations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior
to your appointment. Arriving late deprives you of
your reserved service time and could result in the
rescheduling of your appointment.
Pre-Scheduling
Evenings, Fridays and Saturdays are our most highly
requested and busiest times. So that we may give you
more flexible scheduling options, please schedule as
far in advance as possible if you would like to
reserve an appointment during these times. As with
any of our services, a fixed appointment (known as a
standing) can be reserved for an entire year. Please
ask our scheduling coordinators for more
information.
Scheduling with an Assistant or an Apprentice
All Fabrizio Salon Spa Assistants are trained under
the strict tutelage of Fabrizio Galieti, the salons
founder and educational director. All must pass
quality control guidelines before performing any
technical services on clients. Scheduling with one
of our assistants provides more scheduling options
and a sooner appointment time than when normally
scheduled solely with your stylist.
Staff Selection/Changes
If you feel that you would be more comfortable or
better served by another staff member, we strongly
encourage you to reserve your next appointment with
another member of our service team.
Children
For the protection of your children, the respect of
the other clients, and due to certain safety
regulations, the salon is off-limits to children
without an appointment. Must be 18 years or older to
receive a massage.
Spa Reservations
New clients wishing to reserve multiple spa services
will be asked to reserve their visit with a credit
card or gift certificate.

Pricing

These professionals offer you the benefit of years

advanced training. All of our staff members,
regardless of position, meet the high standards that
our guests have come to know and expect.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the Salon or Spa.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, MAC,
Bank Debit and Check Cards, Checks, Cash & Express
Payment Option
Tipping
Many times our guests ask who, and how much, should
I tip? Tipping is left to the discretion of our
Clients. Please be aware that gratuities can not be
charged to your credit card. There is an ATM machine
located on premises. Please use the following as a
tipping guideline.
• Good service: 15% of the total bill
• Exceptional service: 20% of the total bill
• Shampoo: $2 and up.
Tipping envelopes are provided at the front desk for
your convenience.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are not redeemable
for cash or credit.
Returned Check Fee
All checks returned to the salon marked by the bank
"Non-Sufficient Funds" will be assessed a $25.00
fee.
Parking
There are 6 private parking spaces in the rear of
the building or ample off-street parking and parking
within the Acme lot and the Rockford Shoppes lot.
Product Shipment
Don't make an extra drive into the salon just to buy
products. For a nominal shipping charge we can send
them to you via UPS. Just phone, fax, or e-mail us
with your order.
You deserve the best!
WE filter the water that is found in the salon with
an in-line filtration system. Yes, the water
streaming on to your head is purified! This is done
to ensure accuracy & preservation of color and for
your own health and safety. And because we care
about our most precious resource - you!
Spa Bridal Services
Fabrizio Salon & Spa provides spa services for
bachelorette and wedding parties and would love to
accomodate yours. Our outside deck is a wonderful
setting to enjoy your special event! Remember, the
gifting of spa services is an excellent way of
saying thank you to your bridal party or unwinding
before your big day. Private accomodations and
catering available. Call for more information about
reserving your special event. Please refer to our
Salon Menu for more bridal services.
Corporate Services
Use our Spa services as an excellent way of
rewarding your team members. The gifting of spa
services or packages is a great way of saying job
well done. Or...reserve our second floor spa. It's
the perfect setting for your next corporate event.

Directions
From I-95 south bound, take the Delaware Avenue
exit, 7B. Proceed North on Delaware Avenue,
approximately 1/2 mile to the light at N. DuPont
Street (just past Trolley Square Shopping Center).
Turn left at the light followed by another quick
left onto W. 16th St. Look for Fabrizio on your
right hand side at the end of the street.
From southern Chester County, take 52 South and turn
left onto Union Street at Diver Chevrolet (Just
before the Railroad Trestle). At the first light,
turn right, on Delaware Avenue. Turn right on N.
DuPont Street, followed by a quick left onto W. 16th
St. Look for Fabrizio on your right hand side at the
end of the street.
From I-95 north bound, take the Delaware Avenue
exit. Proceed to the 4th light. Make left onto Pa.
Ave and then bear right onto De Ave. Turn left at
the light followed by another quick left onto W.
16th St. Look for Fabrizio on your right hand side
at the end of the street.
